Alta Mira’s Respite Home—the only accommodation of its kind in New Mexico—provides short-term, temporary care in a beautiful, accessible home located in Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights. Our trained Family Support Services (FSS) staff give participants the opportunity to enjoy time away from their caregivers while engaging with their peers, going on community outings, and learning from new social experiences.
